Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the SCG Autohaus website and platform, operated by Strada Corsa Holdings, Inc., a licensed motor vehicle dealer in the State of Georgia ("SCG," "we," "us"). Please read them before you browse, place an order, or bid.

Acceptance of These Terms

By using this site — browsing inventory, creating an account, placing an order, or bidding in an auction — you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order or a bid. You agree that the information you give us — name, address, contact details, and anything you submit for credit or identity verification — is accurate and complete.

Your Account and Magic-Link Sign-In

We sign you in with a one-time "magic link" sent to the email address on your account rather than a password. Anyone with access to that inbox can access your account, so keep it secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us right away at concierge@scgautos.com if you believe your email or account has been compromised. Sign-in links expire and are single-use.

Listings, Pricing, and Accuracy

We work hard to describe every vehicle accurately, but specifications, mileage, options, photographs, availability, monthly payment estimates, fees, and taxes shown on the site are informational and are subject to verification and to change without notice. Payment and tax figures are estimates only and depend on term, credit approval, and your registration location.

Typographical, clerical, or pricing errors do not bind us. If a vehicle is listed at an incorrect price or with materially incorrect terms, we may correct the error, cancel the order or bid, and refund any amount you paid toward it.

The $500 Order Fee

A $500 order fee is charged when you place an order or a bid. It reserves the vehicle and covers our work in preparing and verifying the transaction. Here is exactly how it works:

• It is charged at the moment an order is placed or a bid is submitted.
• It is applied toward the amounts due at signing if the transaction closes.
• It is refunded in full if SCG cannot deliver the vehicle, or if SCG declines the transaction for any reason.
• It is not refunded if you cancel, withdraw, or fail to complete the transaction.

Auction Bidding Is Binding

Bids placed in Auctionhaus are binding offers. If you are the high bidder when the clock expires, you are obligated to complete the transaction on the terms shown for that lot, subject to our Auction Rules. Do not bid unless you intend to buy or lease the vehicle. Bids may not be retracted, and we may suspend or remove bidders who bid without the intent or ability to close.

Vehicle Availability

Vehicles are sold and leased on a first-come basis and may be sold, withdrawn, or reassigned at any time before a signed agreement is in place, including while an order is pending. Listing a vehicle is not a guarantee that it is or will remain available. If a vehicle becomes unavailable after you order it, we will tell you and refund your order fee.

Third-Party Financing and Leasing

Purchase financing and lease programs are arranged through independent third-party lenders and lessors. SCG is not a lender. Approval, rates, terms, and funding decisions are made by those third parties in their sole discretion, and any transaction contingent on financing is contingent on their approval. Your agreement for financing or leasing is with that third party and is governed by its own documents.

Delivery and Pickup

You may pick up at our location or arrange delivery. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed; they depend on transport, titling, registration, and vehicle preparation. Delivery fees, if any, are disclosed before you complete the transaction. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery or pickup, whichever occurs first. Please inspect the vehicle at delivery and note any concerns at that time.

Vehicles Are Sold As-Is Unless a Written Warranty Is Provided

Except where a written warranty is provided by SCG, or where the manufacturer's original warranty or a separately purchased service contract remains in effect, every vehicle is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. To the fullest extent allowed by Georgia law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The written buyer's guide and sale documents you sign control what warranty coverage, if any, applies. We encourage every buyer to arrange an independent inspection before purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCG is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost use, or diminished value, arising out of your use of this platform or any transaction begun on it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform or a transaction will not exceed the amount you actually paid to SCG in connection with that transaction. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgia law.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the platform are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and SCG agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute is a state or federal court located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here when you place an order or bid is the version that applies to that transaction. Continued use of the platform after we post an update means you accept the updated Terms.
